COMMERCIAL DESIGN
– Consultation: The initial meeting where we discuss the design criteria (requirements & wants) and corporate design style/ branding.
– Programming & Space planning: Document detailed measurements of the site, analyze & organize the design criteria and provide preliminary space plans in conformance with the building code.
– Design development: Further develop the preferred space plan providing elevations, feature wall designs, interior finishes and furniture selections as required.
– Building permit drawings: Provide all interior drawings required for the procurement of a permit.
– Construction drawing package & specification documents: Provide detailed CAD drawings and specifications for pricing and construction purposes.
– Contract administration: During the construction phase we visit the site ensuring work is progressing on schedule and in accordance to the design.
– Co-ordination: Throughout the project we will coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers as required. – COVID-19 work place re-design.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
– Consultation to discuss your requirements, desires and design style preferences.
– Develop space plans based on your requirements & desires, in accordance to building code requirements. Provide elevations, feature wall designs and detailed cabinetry design.
– Assist with the selection of Materials & finishes for wall, floors and ceilings; Lighting fixtures; Plumbing fixtures and fittings; Millwork finishes; Window coverings; as required by the project.
– Coordinate with Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers as required throughout the project.
– Provide CAD drawings and specifications for pricing and construction purposes.
– Conduct on-site visits throughout the construction to ensure work is progressing on time and as per design.
– Kitchen, bathroom and home office renovations.
